Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and report performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to Casino manager, Head of Gaming Operations and other key stakeholders within the business
- By analyzing all relevant data identify, evaluate & give recommendations on Betconstruct’s Key business Initiatives
- Perform specific analysis and provide adequate support and recommendations to Head of Gaming Operations and Casino manager for well-grounded decision making
- Calculate the average bet and loss
- Identify possible reason for the MoM decrease or Increase
- Analyze behavioral patterns of customers at different times of the day
- Analyze the tendency of improvement per operator
- Segment users according to certain parameters
- Analyze casino promotions, optimize the marketing budget and increase the revenue
- Handle and assist with requests from Risk Management, Help Desk and Customer Support
RequiredQualifications
- Mathematical intuition with a focus on probability and statistics
- Knowledge of how slots work and willingness to become an expert
- Precision and focus on details to eliminate every single small mistake in gameplay and game mechanical mechanics
- Analytical skills
- Good overall technical understanding
- Experience from BI/finance tools as well as advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- Experience in a similar role before
