Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and facilitate the process with the development team to achieve 100% satisfaction with clients, uninterrupted process of design and development.
- Monitoring statuses and deadlines, project reporting;
- Coordination of work, communication management in the project, conflict resolution;
- Project risk management, finding ways to minimize risks;
- Change control and management;
- Participation in the development of regulatory documentation on processes;
- Keeping up to date the product development plan;
- Organization of meetings and keeping records on them
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years experience in successful project management,
- Excellent English written skills,
- Understanding of classic project management methodologies,
- Experience in flexible project management methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Kanban,
- Very good understanding of design and development processes of websites, apps, etc.
- Familiarity with the languages used for development, content management systems, etc.
- Ability to work outside of standard hours,
- Perfect business communication skills through email, phone, etc.
- Negotiation skills.
