Responsibilities
- Set strategic and business plan to ensure company profit;
- Manage, oversee and ensure business functions to be running smoothly and effectively, in line with the Company strategies and vision;
- Establishe strong business indicators to improve company performance and increase competitive advantages;
- Evaluate company’s financial, operational, sales and marketing structures to plan continual improvements and increase of operating efficiencies;
- Collect functional reports, reviews and prepare company’s final overall reports for the Group Management;
- Sets system/processes/procedures to run transparent business;
- Drive for the optimizationof the processes and cost efficiency;
- Set effective business processes to minimize company risks;
- Provide strong leadership and people management;
- Expand internal and external network;
- Build customer centriced company.
RequiredQualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in a retail business with a proven track record of profitable growth and achievement;
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable;
- Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to build, lead and develop a team as well as effectively lead change management.
