Responsibilities

Firstly and importantly you are responsible for the entire Project Development lifecycle. This means:

  • B2B sales: Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) searching for new client leads. Manage relationships with existing customers.
  • SMM/SEO:  Drive traffic to the website through landing pages, social media, & optimizing content in the existing apps.
  • Business growth: Prioritize growth channels. Scale and automate the growth processes.
  • Research:  The markets we act come in different shapes and sizes. To correctly position ourselves in the IT industry, you will need to help us understand who needs our services and why. So, conduct market research, including but not limited to competitors’ analysis, research of industry insight, sales strategies, client engagement techniques.
  • Marketing: Plan a variety of marketing campaigns for the organization. Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with the rest of the team on campaigns.

Typical tasks here include: 

  • Have a cross-functional role to work closely with the marketing team, the sales team, the engineering department and the management team. 
  • Choose in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs to focus on.
  • Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs.
  • A/B testing those ideas.

RequiredQualifications

Must-to-haves:

  • 2+ years of hands-on related experience
  • Fluency in English for effectively co-working with the international teams (Israel, Hong Kong)
  • Growth, growth and again growth focused
  • Optimization-focused & metrics addicted, thus having a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

Desired-to-haves:  

  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • Data analytics experience
  • Experience of using tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes (hope you will teach us more of these)
