Responsibilities
- Opening card accounts for physical entities, blocking/unblocking cards
- Providing initial technical support to customers using the Bank-Client and Mobile Banking systems (terms of use, guidance, unblocking)
- Customer support through Viber, WEB Chat systems, providing information to customers through telephone calls, servicing of Transfer service
- Sales through remote communication channels
- Control, approval, removal of transactions, service quality control
- Execution of other instructions given by the immediate supervisor, other operations defined by internal acts of the bank
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Work experience in a relevant field will be a plus
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Good knowledge of computer
- Ability to communicate and effectively work in a team
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation
- Organizational skills
