Responsibilities
- Be a part of a highly functional autonomous Agile Team
- Lead technical discussions and guide the team to implement best practices
- Work closely with the product manager
- Lead design and code reviews, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
- Define and measure code quality over time to track improvement
- Ensure not just development, but testing and documentation is also part of the definition of done user stories
to enable sprint success
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Build CI tools to enable rapid feedback and deployment and test automation
RequiredQualifications
- 10+ years of C/C++ programming in Windows and/or macOS environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
- Experience building VPN clients, net filters and/or proxies in C/C++
- Expert-level knowledge of HTTP
- Solid understanding of TLS and public cryptography
- Solid knowledge of OOP
- Solid knowledge of the Design Patterns
- Experience with test-driven development environments
- Fluent in English reading/writing/speaking
- You have a willingness to learn what you don’t know and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented personality and a self-starter
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize personal workload
Desired Skills
- Work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Good knowledge in the most widely-used Agile methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD
- GitLab or similar environment
- Experience with Containerization
