Description
Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements, outline problems, develop use cases based on business needs;
- Design and document technical requirements and flow charts to be understandable both for business and development teams;
- Regularly analyze, collect and propose improvements and optimizations of business processes via technological tools;
- Prepare detailed description of changes for process and software improvement for development team;
- Follow on regulatory and reporting requirements of finance and banking;
- Monitor new developments and trends in finance to enhance business tools;
- Lookout for ways to improve the value of service/feature/product to the customers;
- Effectively communicate business needs and expectations to cross-functional team members and management;
- Prioritize initiatives and business requirements based on criticality and impact on business;
- Manage projects and monitor performance of development process;
- Perform end-user acceptance testing;
- Support change management and launch of new service/feature/product.
RequiredQualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or IT field;
- A minimum of 3 year experience in business analysis in finance field;
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
- Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations;
- Competency in Microsoft applications and IT task/development management tools (Jira, Trello);
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
- Advanced technical skills;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Strong analytical, quick learning and out of box thinking skills
