Responsibilities

• Manage and implement marketing and promotional campaigns planned by the Marketing and Communication Center
• Identify potential clients and their needs; elaborate targeted (segment-based) marketing activities aimed at client outreach and development
• Prepare materials for marketing and promotional campaigns and disseminate them via planned media
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and project management, including market monitoring, competitor analysis, development of product/campaign terms, concept development, marketing communication strategies, targeting, effective campaign planning and implementation
• Conduct marketing research and monitoring before, during and after marketing and promotional campaigns to access effectiveness of the campaigns where necessary
• Report on the completed marketing activities
• Coordinate the works covering preparation, ordering, printing, production and posting of marketing materials with advertising and marketing agencies, vendors and internal teams
• Develop, assess and make recommendations/provide opinion on cooperation, advertising or marketing event proposals received
• Coordinate marketing and communication activities with branches staying in continuous contact with representatives of the branches, provide the branches with the required marketing, branded, image-related materials, as well as ensure compliance of the branches with the applicable interior and exterior guidelines and standards.

RequiredQualifications

• University degree in economics, management or marketing
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience 
• Experience in finance or banking or a related sphere will be a plus
• Analytical, budget development and planning skills, knowledge of marketing financial calculations
• Advanced project management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Skills of efficient communication with internal and external partners
• Courteous manners, commitment to work and high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Outlook
• Proficiency in any of the following graphic design software is desirable: Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent command of Armenian and English; good knowledge of Russian will be a plus
