Responsibilities
- Resolve queries of the customers through email and chat within the assigned turnaround time
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process of all customer-related concerns
- Appropriate escalation of customer-related concerns as required
- Evaluate French and English translations and compositions
RequiredQualifications
- C2 level in French
- C2 level in English
- Be a native or at least have a full professional working proficiency in French And English
- Have effective French and English reading and writing skills
- Full-time French and English Email Customer Support
- Work shift: 9am-6pm Armenia Time
- Willing to be assigned to weekend shifts (the account operates 7 days a week)
- Lives in Yerevan, Armenia
- Have completed at least two years of college (or equivalent)
- Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Highly inquisitive and with strong attention to details
- Be able to adhere to schedule changes based on the project requirement
- Proactive and display a positive attitude
- Has the motivation to work on their own and to meet deadlines
