Responsibilities
Primary objectives:
1. Your primary objective is to develop and deploy websites and workflows using Drupal for both frontend and backend parts. On the frontend, you are responsible for helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme. And on the backend, you are responsible for designing/implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
2. As a part of our talented and strong Engineering team, your second objective is to collaborate and engage in teamwork. “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”- this is what we truly believe in and we hope you share this and enjoy common success as we do.
RequiredQualifications
Must-to-have requirements are:
- Good command of English: this means you’re confident to express your ideas in English as well as write/read tech documentation. This is crucial (!) as you will directly work with our English-speaking teams
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience to cover the "stack" of front-end web user interfaces and web servers through to back-end analysis and storage systems
- Experience and knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience and knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience creating custom Drupal modules
- Knowledge of the Drupal theme layer
- Skilled at collaborating with team members
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Desired-to-have requirements are:
- Experience with Linux environments
- Working experience with MySQL database
- Strong knowledge of API.s
- Experience with AWS.
