Responsibilities

- Attract customers through means of remote communication and render customer service
- Provide clients with comprehensive information on banking services
- Implement cross-sales and surveys through outgoing calls
- Customer issues identification and recommendations
- Provide clients with the necessary information

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in the banking system, preferably in a call-center
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Cross selling skills
- Good knowledge of computer (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to team-work
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in different situations and fast orientation
