Responsibilities
- Designs detailed test cases and acts as a quality gate for the award-winning Krisp application on Windows, Mac, and iOS platforms
- Works with the product and research teams to understand testing requirements
- Finds bugs and produces detailed steps for replication
- Thinks out-of-the-box and creative when thinking of possible test cases
- Tracks the lifecycle of the bug by filing a bug report in the internal system
- Works closely with the Product Development team to ensure consistent releases;
- Identifies quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggests actions for improvement
RequiredQualifications
- 4+ years of QA experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in Windows system administration will be a plus
- Experience in Test automation will be a plus
