Description
XimiVogue Armenia is looking for a Store Manager to own, direct and manage the implementation of the day-to-day operations and sales strategy for XimiVogue store in Armenia. The incumbent will ensure the continuous achievement of the store's sales target and maintenance of XimiVogue HQ approved display standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service;
- Responsible for planning the day-to-day operations of the store;
- Responsible for the achievement of daily sales targets;
- Provide suggestion on cost savings and operating process improvement;
- Monitor and investigate all product/ stock variances;
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met;
- Monitor the performance of all store supervisors and team leads;
- Train store supervisors and team leads on operating processes, loss controls procedures, hygiene standards and reporting/ documentation standards;
- Coach and counsel team members as necessary;
- Coordinate periodic and regular maintenance of all store equipment and operating materials;
- Check accuracy of all sales, inventory and other store operating reports;
- Prepare periodic store/ business performance reports that would serve as a guide for business and strategic planning;
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales;
- Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of similar experience;
- Excellent understanding of retail store operations and management;
- Strong people and team management skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
