Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to determine the best approach for various initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other internal and external developers in a multi-dev environment (Git)
- Modify existing functionality of Drupal modules
- Implement front-end design and styling updates using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator design files
- Test, maintain and troubleshoot existing company sites
- Manage and improve site performance (speed, user experience, security)
RequiredQualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of Drupal hands-on development experience
- Experience building responsive websites using Drupal 7 CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to less technical team members
- Advanced Drupal back-end knowledge including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, Features and Panels
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes to have consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Knowledge of SEO coding best practices
- Ability to communicate and work well with others, especially with remote team members through virtual channels such as Skype, Slack, email and project management tools
