Responsibilities
- Provide initial customer consultation by phone
- Responsible for internal document flow and reporting
- Receive and redistribute incoming phone calls
- Responsible for record keeping
- Responsible for document circulation
- Organize the meetings of visitors
- Work with correspondence (incoming/ outgoing), keep records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the manager
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; intermediate level of proficiency in English language
- Advanced PC user: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with accounting documents and contracts
- Self-organization, ability to plan the work day and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment; diligence and responsibility
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Compliance with the rules of confidential information
