Description
Responsibilities
- Work with the client base, identifying client needs, selecting options according to client requirements, negotiating, and consulting on real estate transactions
- Responsible for effective presentation of the Company services, and presentation of apartments by phone, at the sales office, and at the facility; organize and conduct views/ shows of a real estate
- Provide support with transactions: collect and prepare the necessary documents for the transaction
- Responsible for conclusion of contracts
- Prepare and provide reports on the work done
- Responsible for database maintenance (work in CRM)
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; intermediate level of proficiency in English language
- Advanced PC user: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in the sale of residential real estate is preferred; knowledge of the real estate market, specifically of the new buildings
- Experience with accounting documents and contracts
- Self-organization, ability to plan the work day and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment; diligence and responsibility
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Compliance with the rules of confidential information
