Responsibilities
- Undertake Front Office duties, including meeting, greeting warmly and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure great customer service experience
- Deal with check-in’s/ check –out’s in an organized manner
- Choose and assign rooms, hand out keys to guests
- Answer questions about what the Hotel offers and provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email
- Answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls in a timely polite manner
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
- Provide general administrative and clerical support /photocopy and collate documents, fax documents, prepare correspondence and documents/
- Build good relations with all guests and resolve any complaints, address any complaints that might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the Hotel
- Be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes, especially prepare bills and take payments, work with pay records, invoice, and other documents
- Undertake any other reasonable duties directed as by the Supervisor
- Other duties regarding the position
RequiredQualifications
- High education
- Not less than 1 year work experience is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Computer skills/MS Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Team worker
