Responsibilities
• Daily review of game performance and reporting to supervisor
• Tournament schedule analysis, upgrade and reporting to supervisor
• Competitors analysis and reporting to supervisor
• Incidents management – reporting to supervisor and executive solutions / fixes coming from him/her
• Daily tournament creation and reporting to supervisor
• New promotions planning, creation, execution and reporting to supervisor
• CRM activities planning, execution and reporting to supervisor
• Reporting all customers and operators (partners) feedback/requests to supervisor and execute decisions / solutions coming from him/her
• Close communication to developers, marketing, CRM and all necessary parties for activities execution
• Ability to work on weekends and overtimes, if there is a need
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly analysis
• Monitor all ongoing promotions on website, client, external sites
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of poker game
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Armenian
- Good computer skills
- Fast orientation skills
- Previous work experience is desired
