Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ongoing communication with all payment providers
- Main point of contact for payment providers, existing and building new relationships
- Understanding all functionalities of existing and new payment method solutions, including credit card, Wallet and bank transfer solutions, payment costs and more
- Manage all aspects of new product implementation, including KYC process and contracting
- Setting the right priorities for and work closely together with the payments team to ensure effective release planning and execution
- Advice sales, accounting team on new and/or existing payment products in due manner
- Provides sector visibility and insight to drive payment innovation and strategic partnership opportunities
- Support white label & turnkey partners during launch, operation in relation to payment providers
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in economics or related areas
- Experience in the payments processing or iGaming industry is plus
- Understanding of API, Payment Gateway, Card processing
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communications and Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to handle problem situations
