Responsibilities

• Analyze DLP system service records and events and take appropriate measures for solving the issues;
• Permanently analyze the effectiveness  of DLP system software policies and, if necessary, implement the system re-organization in order to increase the effectiveness of detecting violation for confidentiality regime and data protection set by the policy requirements;
• Permanently analyze the system incidents, record them in case of disclosure of confidential information and immediately inform the Unit Manager;
• Periodically prepare reports on information security;
• Analyze FRP system service records and events, undertake necessary actions to solve emerging issues;
• Permanently analyze the effectiveness of FRP system policies and, if necessary, implement the system configurations  for the  purpose of encrypting and limiting the use of removable carriers by employees;
• Periodically report on system operation and development issues,
• Analyze the logs of network activity of the Company operated systems and the employees for detecting the probable violations of confidentiality regime or data protection;
• Participate in the official investigations and customer complaints conducted by the unit, verifications of detected violations, as well as in the actions to detect  and prevent  possible fraud made by Company employees and customers through technical devices or GSM international channels;
• Participate in the development and implementation of the technical requirements of the Company information systems as well as in the process of development of the internal regulatory documents with the purpose of ensuring the implementation of information security functions;
• Participate in the maintenance of the operation systems and software upgrades in the Security Unit.

RequiredQualifications

• Master’s degree in the relevant field;
• At least 3 years of work experience as a System Administrator;
• Understanding of security system responsibilities/principles;
• Knowledge of network structure and systems (LAN, Wan…)
• Knowledge of vulnerable components of GSM standard cellular network;
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix system, My SQL and MS SQL;
• Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English;
• Scripting skills;
• Effective analytical and reporting skills;
• Team working, problem-solving skills;
• Adaptability/flexibility and attention to detail.
