Job description:
● Manage the whole cycle of the recruitment process;
● Take charge of the onboarding process;
● Assess training needs and incorporate respective training programs;
● Incorporate employee performance assessment program;
● Maintain work agreements and manage employee data;
● Organize fun activities and events;
● Coordinate HR strategy with other department managers;

RequiredQualifications

Requirements:
● Degree in higher education – Psychology or Human Resources Management;
