Responsibilities

• active development of business division and management of sales (increase in sales volume);

• the full management of the division;

• organization, coordination, planning of the current activity;

• negotiating with clients and partners;

• organization and control of work of sales department;

• control of plan achievements;

• staff recruitment and training;

• document management;

• solution of administrative matters.

RequiredQualifications

• Farsi - native speaker, English - upper intermediate level;

• experience in management of sales at least 2 years;

• the successful experience in development and management of any business division (preferably financial/brokerage company);

• University degree;

• strong skills of team management, business communication and negotiations;

• excellent knowledge of the office programs, CRM;

• ambition, initiative, active and positive lifestyle.

Preferable skills:

• Knowledge of financial markets, especially Forex.
