Loopex is looking for a self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns that promote B2C and B2B businesses of its clients. This position will focus on digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media tactics, content creation, website enhancements, search engine optimization and PPC campaigns. It is essential to be analytical, creative, resourceful, decisive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to tight deadlines. The communication and written English language level of the ideal candidate should be high. He/ she should be comfortable in a dynamic organizational environment, eager to learn, detail-oriented, fast and creative writer, and passionate about both the qualitative and quantitative sides of marketing. The Company will also accept applications from candidates with a specific digital marketing specialties, e.g. email marketing specialist and PPC specialist.

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute international digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy, social media and email marketing;
- Execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content planning, testing, and deploying;
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time with the utmost accuracy;
- Design and implement appropriate A/B tests around content and layout;
- Analyze and report on the results of email campaigns; identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement;
- Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus;
- Knowledge of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data;
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business;
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
