Responsibilities
- Monitor activities of the sales department and distribute responsibilities among the department employees.
- Negotiate with existing and potential corporate customers through building up a long-term cooperation with them.
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the sales department.
- By cooperating with marketing team and analyzing the market trends, as well as the existing results to participate in the pricing and annual sales forecasting process of vehicles.
- Collaborate with the head office of Nissan manufacturer, formulate and place orders of vehicles and accessories.
- Analyze all sales phases of Nissan vehicles, monitor the sales related marketing materials and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain an expert technical knowledge of automotive industry.
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with customer, dealer principal, sales team and colleagues.
- Implement external relationship.
- Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a strategy with the sales team.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Previous managerial experience in sales
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization,
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames
- Leadership skills
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience
