Responsibilities

- Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on AppStore and GooglePlay
- Improve the customer experience
- Create engaged customers
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Determine the cause of the problem
- Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem
- Expedit correction or adjustment
- Follow up to ensure resolution

RequiredQualifications

- Strong understanding of our product and competitors
- Ability to make decisions based on data and facts
- Experience in answering reviews (Appstore, GooglePlay) and feedback mails
- A successful track record (at least 2 years) of customer support
- Advanced proficiency in English and Russian languages
