Description
Araratbank is looking for a Credit Officer to join its SME Lending Department under Corporate Operations Department. The Credit Officer shall efficiently carry out SME lending actions of the Corporate Operations Department included but not limited to customer attraction, financial analysis of the business of potential borrowers, reporting and submitting a credit file to the authorized body for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Attract SME customers;
- Initiate marketing actions for the purpose of attracting customers;
- Collect customer loan applications as well as file of documents required for lending;
- Monitor and analyze the customers' financial position for the purpose of compliance check with the internal procedures of the Bank;
- Prepare small business credit rating and opinion;
- Analyze small business lending services and cross-selling volumes;
- Responsible for problem loans workout with customers in compliance with the internal procedures of the Bank.

RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Economics or technical education;
- Work experience in the financial banking system is desirable;
- Knowledge of legislation and subsidiary legislation regulating the field of banking system;
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Team player with problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills;
- Capability of preparation and submission of reports;
- Interpersonal relationships, conflict management, information collection, analytical and management skills;
- Information technologies and computer literacy.
