Responsibilities

- Oversee the information related to shipping process on a daily basis
- Prepare and maintain cargo shipment, orders and delivery documents
- Register cargo data, weight, payment and damages
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and present different types of reports
- Perform other administrative and organizational activities

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field
- Computer literacy
- Honesty, diligence and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexible logic, analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Fast-acting, active, stress-resistant person
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
