Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and presentations
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

RequiredQualifications

  • University degree in Linguistics, Public Relations or related communications field
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, integrity and commitment
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English languages is a must
