Responsibilities
- Organize, control and manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Add functions of the team into internal regulations and streamline overall activities of the team
- Coordinate the operational issues of the Retail Banking Department
- Ensure proper servicing of branches, make proposals regarding centralization of relevant back office functions of branches so that the branch employees can focus on service and sales; organize concentration and regulation of those functions
- Conduct daily monitoring of the works done by employees of the team
- Report on the works and tasks performed by the unit
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in finance, economics or accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
- Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze financial data
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player skills
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and representation skills
- Proficiency in banking and accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, good knowledge of Russian and English languages
