Description
The incumbent will work with a team of specialists from Armenia and Silicon Valley and will plan and coordinate Techbay's operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Yerevan office;
- Provide office supply;
- Work tightly with accountants, Legal department, marketing of Company;
- Assist the executives;
- Establish policies that promote Company culture;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
RequiredQualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven superior attention to details;
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate mindset;
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
