Responsibilities
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media
- Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
- Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for all clients on all the major platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
- Manage website content, a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
- Optimize website and social media channels for usability
- Evaluate competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and create plans to overtake them
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the Head of Marketing
- Assist with special projects as needed
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing
- 2+ years of extensive work experience
- Experience leading marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
- Highly creative
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
