Responsibilities
- Install and configure the necessary software on the required environments
- Provides installation, deployments and maintenance of Synergy’s applications on the client and local servers
- Provides continuous monitoring of the installed and deployed applications
- Provides log analysis and performance reports
- Perform root cause analysis, system troubleshooting, investigate and resolve technical issues
- Update and revise reference materials and work procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers running both on Synergy and Client data centers.
RequiredQualifications
- Systems Administration experience with various versions of Linux and Windows server editions
- Knowledge in Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Logstash.
- Basic knowledge in Bash or Python scripting languages
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and in multi-task environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Technical English
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Azure, AWS, GCP
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Spinnaker is a plus.
