Responsibilities

- Identify, assess and continuously manage the inherent risks of the Company's activities
- Identify risks assessment, monitor and develop effective management strategy
- Provide overall risk profile of the Company
- Responsible for periodical analysis of the internal and external financial status in order to detect and assess potential risks on time
- Develop risk management strategy and risk appetite policies approved by the Board, as well as individual risk management policies
- Responsible for ORSA process implementation in accordance with the procedure approved by the Board; perform regular stress testings
- Responsible for regular submission of reports about the Company's risk profile and risk management processes to the Board, executive body, if necessary to people who implement oversight functions
- Perform market research and financial analysis
- Responsible for calculation of the Company's total portfolio and individual product loss ratios

RequiredQualifications

- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to quickly and independently orient in difficult situations
- High sense of responsibility
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Work experience will be considered as an advantage
