What do we expect you already have/are?

For you communication is the king: you already nail it but still polish your professional communication daily!

From 2 to infinity years in a related role (HR generalist, Communication professional, etc)
-
Understanding of how recruitment works (Tech roles, Creative roles, etc)
-
You understand the fundamentals of HR (or/and OD) and learning more and more
-
You are astonishingly organized
-
Team Person - Ability to take leadership naturally

Your English and Armenian are just perfect!
What will be super awesome but is not required?

You just adore all types of games!

Background in HR, OD or Talent Acquisition role (e.g. Tech Recruiter, HRBP, Motivation and Training specialist, HR manager) is preferred

Public speaking experience
