Responsibilities

1. Communication with customers to understand their needs

2. Transition of orders into tasks and assigning them to the appropriate department

3. Translation of requirements from English into Armenian

4. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client

5. Follow-up with quality and timely delivery of the projects

6. Continually improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients

       7.  Acquiring new clients through developing sales channels

RequiredQualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

2. Perfect knowledge of English, knowledge of any other foreign language will be considered as an advantage

3. Team player personality

4. Strong organizational skills

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
