Description
Responsibilities
- Taking part in the campaign planning process with the products team
- Analyzing the KPI requirements and how it should be reached with the products team
- Identifying key private/public projects and activities
- Writing and correcting the briefs for the planned campaign
- Analyzing promo specifications and changing it according to the requirements.
- Creating and implementing private promotion for specified segments through CRM and CBS tools
- Updating all involved parts about upcoming campaigns
- Feasibility check with BI and Marketing team if needed
- Taking part in any upcoming promo presentations (with social media, designers and etc.)
- Targeting an appropriate segment for each promotion according to communication tools (sms, outbound, popup, email, Soc. Media activities)
- Representing Casino CRM in regular meetings with the internal working group and updating them about upcoming campaigns and it’s targets
- Working with the marketing, development and other teams to ensure execution excellence and that the website template meets the requirements
- Updating all involved parts about any changes in campaign specification
- Providing any necessary information and tools (like bonus codes, award sms and etc.) to the technical groups.
- Providing and representing upcoming promo details to the departments that are responsible for consumer communications (call center, in/outbound, VIP hosts)
- User acceptance testing of promotions
- Suggesting and providing appropriate personalized communication to maximize customer spend (sms, popup, email, outbound calls)
- Tracking financial effectiveness of scheduled campaigns through regular reporting, including details of customer behavior, usage and spend
- Daily monitoring and comparison of promo performance to its forecast
- Responsible for segmentation of the customers based on their lifetime, spending, betting behavior, status (especially in regulated markets)
- The creation and implementation of an optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign program retention and reactivation
- Resolving daily IncidentsMaking decisions and actions according to the daily performance in any product (slots, live casino)
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education in Business administration
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of BI analytical tools will be plus
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Working experience with CRM Tools will be an advantage
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Great attention to details
