Responsibilities

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Make orders for Production and organize corresponding document flow
  • E-invoincing
  • Import and export documentation
  • Online store support and supervision

RequiredQualifications

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Good knowledge of social media tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Additional qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely from home without an office
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel abroad when required
  • Experience in e-commerce and jewelry trade is a great advantage
