Responsibilities

- Work in a highly-collaborative workspace that encourages pairing and knowledge sharing
- Define the user flow and user interfaces for Web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research to understand data workflows and bottlenecks
- Be a key member of one of several small, empowered, cross-functional teams, working closely with our product managers, software engineers to implement, innovate, design, build Minnova's core product features
- Work closely and collaborate with all product stakeholders to help drive features to successful delivery and help implement and drive alignment decisions

RequiredQualifications

- Proven work experience as UX/UI Designer (for web/mobile projects).
- Good knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Figma
- Great communication skills; high collaboration; desire to learn and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to create software components and frameworks that are testable, reusable, and easy to change
- Experience working on a team using Agile techniques
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
