Responsibilities

  • Develop the Company's culture and overall Company vision
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
  • Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

RequiredQualifications

  • University degree, with emphasis in business administration or marketing is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/ managerial experience
  • Possess strong business acumen and have demonstrable track record in successfully running a similar business
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/ Sheets and Cloud Storage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Armenian and Russian languages
  • Understanding of human resources and personnel management
  • Confident user of MS Office package; Tripadvisor.com, Booking.com, AirBNb.com

  • Ability to think ahead to identify issues related to successful achievement of the company objectives and very proactive related to heading off problems before they occur
