Responsibilities
- Develop the Company's culture and overall Company vision
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
- Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
RequiredQualifications
- University degree, with emphasis in business administration or marketing is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/ managerial experience
- Possess strong business acumen and have demonstrable track record in successfully running a similar business
- Proficiency in Google Docs/ Sheets and Cloud Storage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Armenian and Russian languages
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management
- Confident user of MS Office package; Tripadvisor.com, Booking.com, AirBNb.com
