Description
ARCATRANS is looking for an highly motivated and energetic Logistics Coordinator, who will establish potential client's base by contacting prospective clients and expending business with current clients.
Work is in Yerevan office, dealing with Canadian and US Customers and Carriers by phone and email. Working hours Monday to Friday from (working time 16:00 - 01:00 night Yerevan Time) Salary 200,000+ Commission
Arcatrans is asset based motor carrier company, specializing in LTL and FTL crossborder USA and Canada. Office and warehouses are located in Vaughan, ON (Canada) and Hillside NJ (USA).
Responsibilities
-Communicate with potential clients with various methods including emails and calls
-Managing customer contacts and entering data into CRM
-Provide clients customized solutions to transportation needs and related issues
-Negotiate pricing to service all prospect and client's needs
-Tracking the tenders, Cost Estimating
-Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs
-Maintain and grow relationships with carriers to move freight as per client's needs
RequiredQualifications
-Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred
-Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively
-Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
-Must have previous inside sales experience
-Must have business development experience
-Outbound call experience
-Customer service skills
-High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partner
