Responsibilities

- Working with cross-functional teams as a product/project manager to define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage quality assurance activities
- Defining and Tracking Product Objectives and Outcomes
- Researching, finding and cold calling suppliers to find the optimal way of cooperation
- Setup cold calling department within B2B dept
- Permanently communicating with customers and suppliers
- Conducting a site survey and data collection to gather information to complete the initial tasks required.
- Work with installation companies who conduct a site survey to be able to provide complete installation service for B2B customers
- Managing the local team for product development
- Travelling to China for additional training.

RequiredQualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of relevant development experience
- Technological background, which is not the same as technical, engineering background
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of English Preferred:
- Knowledge of Chinese
- Experience in sales, cold calling or any kind of negotiations
