Responsibilities
- Identify customer characteristics and locate prospective customers for BRP products.
- Organise and run lead generation and sales activities – events, demonstrations, customer receptions.
- Follow up contacts with all prospects.
- Face to face selling of BRP products to prospective customers.
- Collection of payments and after sales care (service, warranty and satisfaction monitoring).
- Maintain relationship with past customers and prospects and introduce latest products and new selling opportunities.
- Identify most saleable models and negotiate the appropriate range and supply levels for each season with BRP.
- Manage marketing budget and supplier reporting in timely manner.
- Keep full records of all relevant data and markets, products, competitors, prospective and past customers.
- Management of budgets (expenditure on marketing and selling activities).
RequiredQualifications
Required qualifications and competencies
- Higher education (preferably in marketing)
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales of high unit price items
- Digital fluency (advanced excel)
- Good command of English and Russian languages
- Customer oriented
- Enthusiastic, communicative
- Presentation skills
- High sense of responsibility
