Responsibilities
- Knows each assigned driver status and makes timely updates in computer
- Monitors and updates actual ETA and PTA of driver
- Reviews load assignments made by customer service to determine if obtainable (i.e., miles assigned to order, driver hours available, appointment times)
- Assures commitment from driver at time of dispatch that all requirements on load will be met. Makes sure all specific requirements are clear at time of dispatch.
- Answers phone calls
- Other domain-related tasks as assigned by management
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of oral speech
- Excellent knowledge of English
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability of working under night shift.
- Ability to quick orientate and make decisions
- Preferably male under age of 25
- 45
