Responsibilities
- To carry out all necessary operations when guest's arrival and departure (check-in/ check-out)
- Respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities
- Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the night shift
- Responsible for proper Night Audit
- Define and maintain a professional image to all clients, staff, visitors etc. and manage and redirect external and internal calls
- Proceed with the reservations and confirmation letters
