Responsibilities

  • Ensure that credit services operations adhere to the organization's financial, risk and business strategies.
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan, organize and oversee the accomplishment of set targets of the documentation, credit processing and reporting teams,
  • Use extensive judgment and an intimate knowledge of related legislation to streamline the credit services operations.
  • Manage the credit documentation and operations teams, lead and direct the work of the function delivering high level of customer service, ensuring smooth and safe operations, demonstrating change orientation and people management capabilities.
  • Drive the documentation management, system maintenance and reporting processes related to operations of credit facilities and collaterals, including planning, organizing, motivating and mentoring the team of managers and highly professional officers and specialists in the field.
  • Lead the credit services operations from agreements preparation to credit operations and reporting stages with personal accountability over all processes of credit services with end-to-end ownership of all tasks and conformity to the local laws, rules, regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Timely and accurate checking and signing of credit and security agreements and other related documents on behalf of the Bank in accordance with the local law and in conformity with the internal rules, regulations and delegation authorities assigned to the role.
  • Deliver accurate and professional legal advice with the support of highly professional team of credit documentation managers and officers who should be engaged and empowered to drive solutions over challenging and changing legal environment.
  • Make decisions on complex deals about the documents accuracy and acceptance.
  • Create and develop highly motivated team with orientation in safe credit operations, coaching for success and leading the talent development within the team of credit services.

Typical qualifications would include a master or post-graduate degree in Law or a related field with extended experience of team driving and management.

  • Fluency in English and Armenian (Verbal/Written)
