Description
BetConstruct is looking for a Technical Support Engineer whose primary responsibility is to ensure that Betconstruct customers receive the highest level of technical support possible and assist in resolving the department's most complex incidents. The Technical Support Engineer provides advanced solutions to customers' most complex technical issues via telephone, email, and other remote media. Technical Support Engineer will also work with our partners to assist them to integrate with our system.

Responsibilities
-Work on large project that involves migrating/on-boarding our customers using generic framework services
-Work with business partners and external customers to integrate with Betconstruct systems
-Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent preferred
-Computer networking concepts and communication protocols. Like JSON, XML, HTTP, TCP
-Experience in a Technical Support or a Solution Architect role for a SaaS-based product
-Ability to multitask and prioritize issues under pressure
-Ability to analyze problems and present technical solutions
-Good communication skills (with internal team members and external business partners)
-Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
