Responsibilities
- To make outgoing calls to customers
- To inform them about new products and services
- To try to sell the products and services to customers
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, good knowledge of company products
- Performing scheduled calls during working day
- Any other similar tasks directed by the management
RequiredQualifications
- Native in Armenian is a must
- High level of written and spoken English and Russian
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Customer service orientation

- Organizational skills
