Responsibilities
- Source software engineers and IT specialists․
- Develop and update job descriptions and insure job announcement postings.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates building talent pool․
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates․
- Research new channels for attracting talented candidates․
- Attend, organize tech job fairs and career events․
- Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data.
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate degree;
- 1+ year of work experience as a recruiter, experience in technical recruitment is a plus;
- Certificate of technical recruitment course is a great advantage;
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
- Hands on experience with various selection processes;
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision;
- Skills in database management and record keeping;
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work;
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
