Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Processing and implementing customer’s daily accounting transactions
  • Preparing of initial accounting documents and control of supporting documentation
  • Organizing and control of cash desk, cash receipts and payments.
  • Preparing all documents necessary for transactions with customer’s banking accounts and implementing banking transactions
  • Bookkeeping and monitoring customer’s fixed assets and material values
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presenting them to RA state authorities
  • Preparing financial and internal managerial reports in timely and proper manner, providing consultancy on RA and international accounting standards
  • Calculation and payment of taxes and fees to be paid to tax authorities by the customer
  • Idyllic organization of workflow documentation
  • Idyllic performance of tasks assigned by senior accountant-consultant and presenting corresponding reports
  • Supporting new services and business development process
  • Leading of accounting team, including accountants, assistants and consultants engaged in the project
  • Supporting accountants, consultants and assistants engaged in the project when necessary
  • Leading of non-experienced employees and engaging them in company’s development process
  • Developing methods of data accumulation and analysis, preparing conclusions and offers
  • Preparing materials for offers, reports and presentations
  • Performing other responsibilities that may be required for the company and/or successful completion of company’s projects

RequiredQualifications

  • Professional degree such as Engineering, Commerce, Economics
  • Post-graduate degree either MBA or CA
  • 2+ years consulting or professional services firm background or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Core competency in at least 2 advisory service lines and broad cross functional knowledge to assist in delivery of other advisory service line projects
  • Excellent oral communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to multi task and deliver several projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues,
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word)
  • Highly motivated, committed, self-starter and ability to prioritize work/cope with changing priorities
