Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Make project planning, progress tracking and communicate project status and risks to internal and external management teams
- Prepare status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information
- Work closely with software development and engineering teams, motivate and share policies and procedures to ensure the success
RequiredQualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT project management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall
- Knowledge of project and task management tools, such as: Jira, Trello, etc.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical background, with understanding experience in software development and web technologies is a plus
- At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is a plus
